Coach Caitlin played high school volleyball at Millennium High School and started coaching volleyball in 2011. She played two years at Scottsdale Communtiy College and then assisted the ASU volleyball program before being hired on at Tempe Police Department.

Caitlin was the head junior varsity coach at Seton Catholic High School for a year and also assisted at Agua Fria High School while she was teaching. She has coached both high school and club volleyball for over 10 years in the valley, and has had teams qualify for nationals.

Currently, she helps coach the first Nexus boys team with her sister and dad. ​
